SHIPPING POLICY

OVERVIEW
Thank you for shopping with Norivo. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle the shipment and delivery of products ordered through our store. As outlined in our Terms of Service, Norivo operates under an agency (wakala) model — we act as your purchasing agent, coordinating the sourcing and fulfilment of your order on your behalf.
Please read this policy carefully so you know what to expect when placing an order.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. The total time from order to delivery is the processing time plus the shipping time listed below.
HOW WE SHIP
Because Norivo acts as your purchasing agent under our agency model, products are shipped directly from our supplier partners to you. This means your order may ship from a location different from our business address. We work with trusted suppliers and reputable shipping carriers to ensure your order is handled with care.
Depending on your order, products may arrive in separate packages if they are sourced from different suppliers.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at ayescommerce@gmail.com.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country’s government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient (you) and are not included in the product price or shipping cost charged at checkout.
Norivo has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.
Any packages refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties will be subject to our standard return policy, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Norivo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you realise your address is incorrect after placing an order, contact us immediately at ayescommerce@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered processing.
Re-shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may incur additional shipping charges.
LOST, DAMAGED OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Delayed packages: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 5–10 business days before contacting us, as delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs. If your package still has not arrived after this additional period, please reach out to us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Lost packages: If the carrier confirms a package is lost, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We may re-ship the order at an additional cost to you, or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
P.O. BOXES AND SPECIAL ADDRESSES
We may not be able to ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or certain remote locations depending on the carrier and supplier. If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS
From time to time, Norivo may offer free shipping promotions. These promotions are subject to their own terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of the promotion. Free shipping promotions typically apply to standard shipping within the specified region only.
